Bench Donut - Standard Riser

Cet élévateur permet de fixer un second "bench donut" au-dessus du premier de façon à avoir plus d'espace lorsqu'on souhaite par exemple couper une planche avec une scie sauteuse.
On peut également s'en servir pour transformer le "bench donut" en "bench dog" si vous avez des trous prévus à cet effet sur votre établi. Le diamètre des trous devra être de 20 mm.

• De la tige filetée M6 (25 mm par élévateur)
• Du freinfilet type loctite 243 (bleue)

Conseils:

• Pour mettre l'insert à bois, placer l'insert en position et le faire chauffer (un peu) avec un fer à souder. Le PLA va fondre un peu à l'intérieur au niveau du pas de vis, retirez le fer et visser 1/4 à 1/2 tour. Recommencez l'opération jusqu'au vissage complet. Il faut faire cela par 1/2 tour au maximum et il n'y aura pas de problème.
• Pour la tige filetée, coupez 25 mm. Mettre un peu de freinfilet sur la tige et vissez-la dans l'insert à bois jusqu'à la moitié (l'autre partie va dans le "bench donut'). Une fois le freinfilet sec, la tige filetée restera en place avec l'élévateur.

Faire la même chose pour l'autre côté de l'élévateur.

• From the M6 threaded rod (25 mm per riser)
• Loctite 243 (blue) type thread lock

Advice:

• To put the wood insert in position, place the insert in position and heat it (a little) with a soldering iron. The PLA will melt a little inside at the screw thread, remove the iron and screw insert in 1/4 to 1/2 turn. Repeat the operation until all the insert have been tightened. You have to do this by a maximum of 1/2 turn and there will be no problem.
• For the threaded rod, cut 25 mm. Put a little thread lock on the rod and screw it into the wood insert up to halfway (the other part goes into the "bench donut'). Once the thread lock is dry, the threaded rod will remain in place with the riser.

Do the same for the other side of the riser.
