22mm Bicycle Handlebar Extension (used for iMortor Throttle)

This is a 22mm handlebar extension that fits on 22mm bicycle handlebars to mount accessories.

I needed a handlebar extension to mount the throttle of my 'iMortor' electric wheel on my bicycle. The flimsy aluminum one that was supplied hat a diameter that was too large to be mounted effectively.

v7 improved structural strength (and arguably aesthetics) by adding fillets.

To complete assembly you need:

1 M3 threaded rod or 35mm M3 screw
2 15mm M3 screw
4 (or 3) M3 nuts
90mm M6 threaded rod
2 M6 (locking) nuts
1 M6 washer

Small piece of rubber (rubber patch to mount on bike)
