Prusa I3 Mk3 / Mk3S improved filament guide

This filament guide provides some more guidance to the filament. It fits on top of the frame. The upper hole is really near the spool. Due its 2 holes it provides more guidance even the the extruder moves to the outer left/right of the print bed. Therefore, filament - especially if spool is new and fully filled - cannot jump off the spool that easy anymore.

Edit: There is a new version available, which should avoid any collissions with the printhead, even on higher Z values.
