Description

This is the second version of a magical amulet inspired by the sorcerer Merlin.

There is a ring with ancient runes on the outside and another one with the signs of the zodiac. The middle part is a magical pentagramm.

If you follow the instructions you can move the second ring around to build different combinations of runes and zodiac signs - perhaps those combinations are needed for different spells?

** Instructions**

  1. Print all parts in the smallest possible resolution. I suggest you use an infill of 50% or more to give it a little bit weight.
  2. Paint it with silver or a golden colour and give it a blackwash if you like. Use only a thin colourcoat or no colour on the not seen backsides
  3. Glue the outer ring with the runes on the backplate.
  4. Insert the second ring with the zodiac symbols without any glue to keep it moveble. That's the reason why you shouldn't paint the unseen parts - they can be sticky with to much colour.
  5. Glue the middle part with the pentagramm in the middle

If everything is in the right position you can rotate the second ring with the zodiac signs around.
I tried to adjust all parts to the right sizes, there have to be a little gap between the rings and the middle part. If it doesn't fit optimal (you cant move the second ring easily) try to adjust it to your needs.

May the magic be with you!
