This part was designed for a Yardforce SC600ECO mowing robot.
Possibly it can also be used for other Yardforce mowers. Yardforce mowers are also sold under other brand names such as Mr. Gardener, Grizzly, Florabest or Ferrex.
Please let me know if you have tried this component with other models.

The balance weight relieves the front wheels and loads the rear wheels. This increases the mower's manoeuvrability significantly, especially on uneven terrain.

Required printed parts:

• 1x Container
• 1x Cover
• 2x Rail
• 2x Clamp
• 2x Strap (If you can print flex filament (like TPU), I recommend the flex filament strap. Otherwise you can also use rubber rings. The strap for normal filament is only there because it is also possible.)

Rail and clamp are the most stressed parts. Select the number of solid shells and layers so that at least 2 mm solid wall thickness is achieved.

Additional parts:

• 8 M4 nuts
• 4 flat-head screws M4x24
• 4 countersunk screws M4x12 or M4x10
• Approx. 2 kg ballast weight (e.g. steel pieces)

2019-04-09: STL files rotated to print position
2019-09-19: Flex-Filament strap added. Cover more stable. Container slightly modified.
2020-06-20: Made the rail more stable.
2021-04-06: Optimized rails for better terrain performance.
2021-04-06: Added rails with further improved terrain performance but only for use without rear apron.
