Description

A small remix of the stock MK2.5S / MK3S X-carriage to make it compatible with the Revised X-Axis. This remix of the x-carriage is not compatible with stock printed parts (X-ends).

Only parts that need to be printed with this version is the X-Carriage and X-Carriage-Back, rest of the parts are exactly the same as stock ones. The MK2.5 adapter had some minor cosmetic changes but nothing crucial, and the cable holder is exactly the same, included for convenience

Please note that I've edited the belt path and geometry, made some clearances for the belt and few minor, lets call them cosmetic changes (unfinished chamfers, extruder cable hole didn't align properly when the carriage and back were assembled, etc).

Besides the belt edits, the rest is the same as the stock X-carriage. It uses exact same hardware and keeps the same design choices, so please refer to their current manual for assembly details.

You could follow the Prusa Research print settings instructions, but my opinion is, that it wouldn't hurt if you increased the perimeters to 3 to get a bit more sturdy parts if you wish to do so.

STEP files are included for your modding pleasure and convenience. STL files were sliced and checked with Slic3r PE. Any constructive feedback is welcomed.
