Creality Ender 3 Heatbed Insulation

Um die Aufwärmzeit für das Heizbett zu reduzieren habe ich mir eine Isoliermatte aus Kork zugeschnitten. Als Ausgangsmaterial habe ich ein Platzset "AVSKILD" genommen und mit einer CNC Fräse ausgeschnitten. Dieses Material ist nur 3mm dick, deshalb habe ich die mittleren Aussparungen für die M4 Muttern nicht gefräst.
An den Rändern sind Aussparungen für die Papierclips um die Auflage für das Heizbett fest zu klemmen.
Befestigt habe ich die Matte einfach mit ein paar Streifen hitzebeständigem Klebeband.

In order to reduce the warm-up time for the heating bed, I cut an insulating mat from cork. As a starting material I took a place mat "AVSKILD" and cut it out with a CNC milling machine. This material is only 3mm thick, so I didn't mill the middle recesses for the M4 nuts.
At the edges there are cut-outs for the paper clips to clamp the support for the heating bed.
I simply fixed the mat with a few strips of heat-resistant adhesive tape.
