Battlewhomp Ratman Shaman Mechanic

From the skittering tunnels under the mass of the clan rats before it, this wandering magical wrench turner clambers forth to scream, "MORE-MORE Thing explodes!!" before crawling back into the tunnels to again try and make the damned device it's working on work properly again, and hopefully not be sabotaged by it's brethren around it.

After looking around and not being able to find a suitable printable commander for my warped, lightning fueled, doom riding rats. I decided to pool some resources and attempt to make something that cuts the cheese so to speak.
