This is a HO scale model based on a NSW Railways J1 station staff house dating from 1900 to 1913.
The source plans were the Data Sheet produced by Greg Edwards and a NSWGR sketch from 1913 which showed a variation on the floor plan.
The original cottage was of timber weatherboard construction.
There are 13 STL files contained within the zip file.
