Do you own a metric allen set?
Congratulations!
You can print a tripod for your phone.
The simple version dose not have the ability to tilt. It's the first version. It may satisfy you, but if you need more control over the point of the camera, you probably need the full version.
You'll need two M3 screws, nuts and washers (only one of each for the simple version).
Minimal screw length for Galaxy 9+ is 25mm.
Use allens 4-6mm for the legs.
