Description
I found out after printing that my eleskmaker was making the image about 3x bigger with the rollers. So I had my brother work up the math and the new roller design with 3/8 x 1/2 orings works great. You need 8 of them, and the holes are setup for 5/16 rod you press then turn them into place and seal with epoxy.
With the eleksmaker being a shorter base I changed the bases and added a cut out for doing bottles, This was also because I only had 5/16 rod of a certain length, and drilled the holes in the wrong spot on the base. So I have included two modified bases I used on the non motor side.
Since I use ABS the bearing holes were too small for 608's, so i increased the size just a small amount. to mount the motor I had to use M3 x 45m long bolts for the motor and coupler used. So far I am getting great results.
I have a small wobble due to the rods getting a small warp when assembling but it is not noticeable when using it.
I have it going to the "Y1" port on the board, and the assembly make sure the motor in facing the right motor when looking at the laser module.
