Y belt tensioner compatible with 3030 Misumi aluminium frame I3 clones, Haribo/Zaribo specific.
Constrains the idler and minimizes the possible sideways tilt of the idler pulley. Ensures proper belt alignment with different sized pulleys (20T and 16T).
The Y belt tensioner has versions compatible with the following idler pulleys:
- Stock Prusa Research 20T (Smooth equivalent) - (one dot)
- Screw version - Uses a M3x35mm screw as the shaft for the idler pulley and a M3 hex nut (suggested to cut off the extra length of the screw)
- Pin Version - Uses a 2.9-2.99mm pin, 19-20mm in length. Sources: gage pin cut to length or cut a M3 screw to extract the non threaded part to use as a pin.
- Gates 20T ID5mm - (two dots)
Idler sourced from E3D
- Screw version - Uses a M5x40mm screw as the shaft for the idler pulley and a M5 hex nut (suggested to cut off the extra length of the screw)
- Pin version - Uses a 4.9-4.99mm pin, 19-20mm in length. Sources: gage pin cut to length or cut a M5 screw to extract the non threaded part to use as a pin.
- 16T ID3mm (or smooth equivalent) - (three dots)
Idler sourced from Zaribo
- Screw version - Uses a M3x35mm screw as the shaft for the idler pulley and a M3 hex nut (suggested to cut of the extra length of the screw)
- Pin version - Uses a 2.9-2.99mm pin, 19-20mm in length. Sources: gage pin cut to length or cut a M3 screw to extract the non threaded part to uses as a pin.
The different versions of the Tensioner-Idler are marked with dots (holes) on the models in case you are swapping them around. One is for the Stock Prusa 20T, two is for the Gates 20T ID5mm, three is for the 16T ID3mm (or smooth equivalent) idler.
