Roots Blower

############ NOTE: This thing is in development. Some users already mentioned some problems most propably related to the gears. They cause some possible missalignment of the rotors and thus problems after short time of operation. A possible solution might be using skewed gears but i hadn't time to try it yet. ###############

Roots compressor with epizycloide rotors.
I use this compressor with JOHNSON HC615L DC motor (from pollin.de), so the mounting fits that motor. Bearings are 608ZZ (8/22/7mm di/do/w).

Parts required twice:
Rotor_gerade.stl
getriebelagerachse.stl
getriebedrehmomentuebertragung.stl
gear.stl
tubeconnector.stl (if you like to have it for Input and Output)

You can also find the step files in the zip if you like to modify it to your needs.

NOTE: Ensure that the Rotors can spin freely when assembled. If the rotors touch any surface at higher rpms it will melt due to the friction. I will do some update on the parts to ease the assembly as soon as i can acquire some time...
