Yamaha TDM 850 Chain guide

Das ist eine Kettenführung für die TDM 850 3VD.
Passen tut sie gut, allerdings muss zum Ausbau der alten Führung die Schwinge abmontiert werden.
Ich hab sie aus PLA gedruckt wobei die Kette auf dem PLA recht laut läuft, aber bisher hält sie verschleißfest seid ca. 300 km. Ich denke ich werde noch andere Materialien ausprobieren.

Update am 29.05.2019
Ich hab noch eine gemacht die Zweigeteilt ist um weniger Support drucken zu müssen.
Und jetzt ist die Außenseite oben, weshalb man ein schöneres Finish bekommt.
Zusätzlich hab ich noch eine Nut eingefügt für einen 4mm Schlauch den ich für meinen Kettenöler brauche.

This is my idea of a chainguide for a Yamaha TDM 850.
I needed a new one but they are about 80€ so I decided to print it myself.
I printed it with PLA and the first one lasted more than 1500 km.
The later Version is a split version, so it takes less time to print because there is less support needed.
And there is also a grove in it to hold the pipe for my chainoiler.
Another advantage is that the chainguide is changeable without removing the swingarm.
The only disadvantage I can see is that the PLA one is noisier as the original Yamaha one.
ABS would probably be better.
