Cardston Temple Rework

Found 16 holes and 32 invalid border edges, fixed that - the steeple piece was a headache to print so I modified it to make it more print-friendly, then made the windows up top and on the sides less deep so there would not be as much overhang (though it may still be beneficial to add supports)
