Description
this is an upgrade for the micromake delta D1 printer or any other kossel type delta printers.
this extruder allows you to print with any kind of paste you can put into a syringe such as chocolate, mashed potato, ceramics or whatever you want.
here is a test video:

to make one of this you will need:
1 flat stepper motor 42BY48L-53

1/4" threaded rod cut to 120 mm long and some nuts.
1x aluminum tube OD 35 mm ID 32 mm 100 mm long
1x silicon heating pad

2x thrust bearings 15X28X9

4x M4X25 screws
4x M4 nuts
2x M3x8 screws
2x M3 nuts
small diameter syringe tips
i used a 1.5 mm ID plastic tip from another small syringe i had to narrow the big syringe nozzle.
after some extruder calibration i used this settings:
filament diameter 8.5 mm
speed 5 mm/s
line width 1.5 mm
nozzle diameter 1.5 mm
layer height 0.8 mm
no infill skirt support top or bottom.
for the test i used white chocolate that i melted and put in the syringe , kept the syringe temperature at about 35 degrees.
use the M302 P0 command to allow for cold extrusion.
don't forget to calibrate the printing height after assembling the new extruder .
