Description
A 5 part mold for casting your own nozzle socks with high temperature silicone to be able to print poylcarbonate.
The thin part acts as a spacer between the inner and the outer part.
I tried to cover the heatblock as much as possible. Had up to 7°C overshoot when heating up compared to the original sock (before recalibrating PID)
It's a bit messy filling in the silicone through the small hole. I recommend assembling the mold first except for the top part, filling in a good amount, screwing things together and then filling up the rest.
