Tapping helper (tools), Gewindeschneidhilfe
Tap holders for small works in PLA, ABS ...
done for metric threads - wheel for die diameter 25 mm
and screw tap M3, M4, M5, M6, M8 and M10
you need 2x headless (or normal) screw M4
the M4 thread need to be re-tapped, because the small threads are 'too fat' for te 3D-Printer
you can use the helper 4mm_halter.stl if you hasn't any other holder
two versions of STL: with and without support (my support was 1x full layer)
I have print it with my support for better hold on bed
plus cartridge for precise Hexagon 4mm-bit

für kleine Arbeiten an PLA, ABS ...
Halterungen für metrische Schneideisen mit Durchmesser 25 mm
und Gewindebohrer M3, M4, M5, M6, M8 und M10
benötigt werden 2x Madenschrauben M4 (normalle M4 Schrauben sind auch brauchbar - aber nicht so schön ;) )
Das Gewinde M4 sollten nachgeschnitten werden, weil für kleinere Gewinde
ein 3D-Drucker zu ungenau ist und druckt 'zu fett'.
Es kann dafür der Halter 4mm_halter.stl genutzt werden
zwei Versionen von STL-Dateien: mit und ohne Support (mein Support war 1x volle Schicht unten)
Ich habe es mit meinem Support gedruckt
plus Einsatz für prezisoins-6-Kant 4mm-Bits
