Summary

Just a new lid for skobalczyk's Pi A+ case. Should be a much tighter fit.
Also features a cutout for the raspi-cam as well as an option for a 30x30mm fan.

Since i don't like the GPIO-headers to be exposed there is just a tiny hole for the fan power-plug
