Description
The Lidl battery compressor PAK 20-Li A1 is a nice tool for inflating bicycle or car tires. It's main disadvantage, next to the fact that you have to buy another low-pressure blower together, is the large suitcase where both the pieces are stored. I did not want to waste so much space in my car or workshop, but the suitcase also contains some accessories that might be useful, like bicycle valve reductions or ball adapters. This is why I designed and printed this holder that keeps everything with the compressor.
My print is made in green ABS to match the color of the tool. You can tweak diameters of the holes in the attached Openscad source, to get as tight fit as you like. Just note that the accessories have slightly different diameters each. After printing, you just fasten the holder on the compressor body, and insert the accessories. Surprisingly, there is a prepared screw hole on the compressor - was the manufacturer planning to include something similar?
I used a M3x30 wood scew for fastening. It holds just by it's tip, which is sufficient for me, and won't go too deep into the instrument body. But you might want to use something slightly longer, or adapt the hole and sink the screw deeper.
If you find this useful, enjoy..
