Description
Printable BNBSX top cover with tool-less, screw tight colette clamp secures 4.0 mm PTFE with finger twist-on nut. Unlike a PC4-M10 connector, this reusable clamp top is fully printable.
Nut orientation matters. Nut has taped thread and will only fit in one direction. The conical end goes down.
This top cover is presented separately from BNBSX extruder because it will also fit other extruders with Prusa R4 top cover topology. These would include the Prusa MK3S's R4 and Butterworth extruders. Perfect for inbound PTFE bowden from dry boxes or Palette 2.
This cover does not work with Prusa Chimney. For MMU2S, see full BNBSX which replaces chimney with internal sensor lever.
Print in PTFE or Polycarb for best strength.
"I looked and there is no LED light."
There isn't one on the stock sensor. The indicator LED is a user mod.
