Description
It looks like blueOcean is no longer on thingiverse. Maybe they got too many people asking about licensing? At any rate, if you want to sell prints from these parts, feel free to do so as long as you link back to this page before the sale. If people know that the design is available for free and they want you to print it for them, I'm happy for them. Just add something like this to the listing:

Thanks to blueOcean for making this tool mount. I traced it in OnShape and removed the french cleats and added some screws. The charger fits perfectly.
Don't mind the multiple colors, I ran out of filament in the middle of the print.
Beware of over tightening, it can easily crack the print with countersunk screws (don't ask me how I know). It can be a little tricky to mount correctly since it fits so well.
