Direct Drive Printhead Ender 3 BMG E3D V6 (SLS Print)

Hello,

i have remixed Gregs Printhead an added the BMG style Extruder directly to the Printhead to get a clean design of the head.

All Screws needed are M3 Screws in difference lenth.

I used the Gear from the BMG Style Extruder i bought from Aliexpress and the E3D V6 Clone from Trianglelabs on Aliexpress.

It is Important to assemble with a Pancake Stepper Motor with max. 25mm length, the Original will have collision with the Frame.

The PTFE Connector have a M10 thread.

I have Printed the Parts with an SLS Printer. For FDM see below.
