SpaceMouse for Cura 4.1.0 (see description for newer versions)

I adapted the SpaceMouse Mod by RsX for Cura version 4.1.0.

EDIT: I do not use this mod myself anymore. I recommend this plugin for Cura instead:

In my cases I needed to invert the scaling factors in config.json because it rotated in the wrong direction.
