Summary

A friend bought a sidewinder and while setting up the printer for them, I wasn't happy with their spool holding mechanism and how it wasn't free moving. As such I've redesigned it such that a 1/2" PVC pipe can go through the spool.

Post-Printing

Step 1. Remove old setup

            <div><p>Remove the spool holder setup and be sure to remove the screw that holds the filament sensor - that will be reused.</p></div>                <p class="detail-title"><strong>Step 2. Attach new posts</strong></p>            <div><p>I literally pressed into the slot without screwing it into place but you can. </p></div>                <p class="detail-title"><strong>Step 3. Reattach filament sensor into the tab in the post.</strong></p>            <div><p>Using the screw you removed in part 1, place it back into spot in the new posts.</p></div>                <p class="detail-title"><strong>Place a pvc pipe through your spool and enjoy.</strong></p>
