This is a lever extension for the A&K SVD (the cheap 130€ one, but it should fit all brands).
I found mine was a bit too small to be comfortable and I did not want to buy an aftermarket solution.
Please note: this will not be a cold fit, you HAVE to heat it up with a heat gun. When soft, gently press it onto the existing handle, the extension should wrap nicely around it.
When the extension cools down it will shrink a little and fit tightly.
