Anycubic I3 Mega spacer for E3D V6 hotend

Adding a spacer is the simplest solution if someone wants to use the E3D V6 hotend (genuine or clone) on the Anycubic I3 Mega. No other change is required for the X-carriage, except 4 longer screws (M3x18 or M3x20). The modification is of course reversible.
Using the spacer, the Z position of the nozzle is kept (almost) unchanged. A new hotbed leveling will be most likely necessary, as for any hotend change.

Some E3D V6 clones are slightly longer than the genuine E3D V6 hotend. If a clone is used, should be checked the delta length - the spacer fits the 8mm delta gap between the length of the Anycubic J5 hotend and the length of the E3D V6 hotend. If necessary, downscale in the slicer on Z the thickness of the spacer until it roughly matches (+-0.5mm) the delta length as measured.
