Trolling Motor Rudder

I wanted a little rudder on my trolling motor, so that when I'm off-power I can still use the motor to steer. When you're on power, the motor works well to point you in the right direction. When you're off power, you have no control. They sell a similar kit for $40 but I figured I'd just make one.
