Prusa mk2/Bear style 2040 AM8 Spool Holder

I've been using a remix of the original design on my blv AM8, but I found its single mounting point just a little too flimsy. The creator of that remix did not provide any CAD files, so I remixed the original. Here are the changes:

1. Added extra mounting points around a 2040 extrusion. Uses M5x10-12mm button head or socket head cap screws.
2. Slightly beefed up the spool holder itself. It was pretty rigid to begin with, but yeah.
3. Removed filament guide. My extruder sits a good distance away from the guide, so it would cause a pretty sharp angle. Extending it would make it way too long and flimsy.

The original accessories (other than the guide) should fit fine.
