Buckle for Deuter backpack / Schnalle für Deuter-Rucksack

I created this buckle for my Deuter backpack, because the original one was broken. It's only the female part, because the male part is still o.k.. If I find the time, I will maybe also create the male part.
It is not an exact copy of the original part. I changed some things to make it stronger.
This part is for the 38mm waist belt. But if you scale it down, you can use it probably for the small buckles at the 20mm belts (but I didn't try).

I printed this horizontal and vertical. I think vertical is the better way to print this, because you need less support and it is much easier to remove. At the third photo you can see from top to bottom: original part - vertical printed part - horizontal printed part

Ich habe diese Schnalle für meinen Deuter-Rucksack gemacht, weil das originale Teil gebrochen war. Ich habe nur den weiblichen Teil der Schnalle konstruiert, weil der männliche Teil noch in Ordnung war. Wenn ich mal Zeit habe, werde ich den männlichen Teil vielleicht auch noch konstruieren.
Das ist keine exakte Kopie des Originals, ich habe einige Teile verändert, um die Stabilität zu erhöhen.
Dieses Teil ist für den 38mm-Bauchgurt. Wenn man es runter skaliert, sollte es aber auch für die kleinen Schnallen an den 20mm-Gurten zu gebrauchen sein (habe ich allerdings noch nicht ausprobiert).

Ich habe das Teil sowohl horizontal als auch vertikal gedruckt. Ich bin der Meinung, daß vertikal viel besser ist, weil man so weniger Support braucht und der auch wesentlich leichter zu entfernen ist. Auf dem dritten Foto sieht man von oben nach unten: Originalteil - vertikal gedrucktes Teil - horizontal gedrucktes Teil
