Working Airsoft Grenade

I modded nearly every part for better function, easier print and more durability.

Things I changed:

• Body is flatened at the top, so you can print it upside down with minimal support. Also I modded the inner guide for the compressor to 5mm, so no BB will get stuck inside

• Compressor modded to fit the new inner guide

• Spoon shortened and made to a 90° bend, easier to transport and more sturdy

• BB Cap is a all new design, much more sturdy

• Changed the plastic pin to a 6mm bolt

How to print:

Make sure that the BB cap and the spoon are as sturdy as possible, since they are the first parts to break. I recommend using PETG, ABS or ASA. PLA is to fragile.

The spoon, the BB Cap and the keeper dont need support, the body and spring compressor do.

Things you need for assembly:

4x40 woodscrews - x4
4,5x70 woodscrew - x1
6x40 machine screw - x1
6mm nut - x1
5x25-30 machine screw - x1
5mm nut - x1
Hairpin - x1
Keyring - x1
AEG spring - x1

You will get all those things (with exception of the AEG spring) in your local hardware store, in germany you'll pay around 2-3€ for all of this
