Star Wars Travel Chess Box

I made this Star Wars themed box to hold my travel chess board and pieces. The chess board slides in and creates the lid for the two pieces compartments below. The box is in two pieces so that it fits on my Ender 3. I used some epoxy in the holes to hold the two halves together. There are two small pilot holes built into the model so that you know exactly where to place the latch arm and latch pin. They have to 40 mm apart center to center.

I used Cura's support blocker and "modify settings for overlap with other models" option to make the area around the pilot holes for the latch arm and pin solid. This helps give the screws more material to grab. I also made the top of the box where the board slides into solid so that those walls are stronger.
