CPAP Clips for ResMed 18mm Tubing

I modified these from zimmer62's designs to fit my ResMed 18mm (slimmer than standard) CPAP hose. I used one of them to route the hose to the front of my AirSense so it wouldn't get jammed by the bed. I liked the stylish central groove they made in the original design, so I used that as a model.

Mainly I wanted to implement this lanyard hanger. The weight of the heavier main hose tends to dislodge a nose mask and make it leak during the night. Using it with a lanyard makes the mask much more stable.

Rather than resizing them with SCAD (which I haven't broached yet), I just filled the inside using Tinkercad to match the hose diameter. Holds it snugly.

8/11/19 Update: Added "ResMed 18mm Hose Clamp Adhesive.stl". this is a modified clamp for the side of a CPAP machine as the hose guide. It is engineered with the perfect footprint for a 3M Command Adhesive strip (small size) to optimize adhesion. It's the black clip in the last photo and the last ThingView.
