Ender Spatula and Cutter Holder

This is a remix of two different tool holders.

This caters to my two main tools - the spatula and the flush cutters that came with my Ender 3.

I wanted the holder design of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3560707
With the simplicity of sliding on the extruder like: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3483332

So I combined the two!
