Description
This is a foldable phone charging station that mounts to an electrical outlet with a screw. The tray and wire organizer fold out to hold your phone while it charges, then folds flat when not in use. It is designed to be printed entirely without supports, although good bridging capability is required. You will need a longer #8 screw to install.
This thing is conceptually based on the design by Anthony Smith, but has been redesigned to reduce the amount of material used, combine it into a single part, and make it foldable. The tapered hinge design is based on the work by J-Max in this instructable. It was designed and modeled in SolidWorks.
Printed with 0.2 mm layer height in PLA with 30% infill.
