Unimat 1 U2 End Plate

My end plates of the Countershaft (U2) were cracking around the screw mounts (see picture). I designed a replacement using 123D Design to fit the original housing with the addition of 2 mounting screws, for a total of 4. You could use only two mounting screws as they were originally designed if you wish. I printed the end plates with VERY specific printing settings to ensure strength (see Print Settings).

FYI: print 2 so they will match, the dimensions may not be perfect with the OEM end plate.
