Anycubic i3 Mega stepper driver fan duct with chipset vent

This is a remix of roundisfunny's air duct for Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX 40mm fan.
The Noctua NF-A4x20 FLX will also work and provide more airflow and a bit quieter.

I have redesigned the original fan duct (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2878826) with more radii for better airflow and added an end piece with a vent.

The air will then not directly exit the housing after the stepper drivers have been cooled but instead will be redirected to the board and chipset that would not be cooled with the original.

I have also made it a bit slimmer in height at the end in order to make assembly easier.

Supports are not needed as the internal structure has two flaps inside.

It's a bit tight to be fitted in the housing, removing the power supply before installation will help

Hier ein remix von roundisfunny's Kühlkanal for Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX 40mm Lüfter.
Der Noctua NF-A4x20 FLX passt auch. Damit gibt es mehr Luftstrom und er ist auch noch leiser.

Ich habe den ursprünglichen Kanal (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2878826) neukonstruiert und mehr Radien für bessere Luftführung und ein Endstück mit Abluftkanal erstellt

Die Luft verlässt so also nicht direct das Gehäuse nach der Kühlung der Stepper Treiber sondern noch umgelenkt um die Platine und den Chipsatz zu kühlen, was beim Original ungekühlt geblieben wäre

Ich habe es auch abgeflacht gegen Ende, damit es einfacher einzubauen ist

Supports braucht man nicht, dafür sind die beiden Streben in der Mitte ausreichend

Es ist ein bisschen fummelig ins Gehäuse zu bekommen, daher besser das Netzteil auch gleich dafür ausbauen.
