Micro Bit Holder for Milwaukee Packout and Bit Cases

I created these bit holders to work with my Slim Packout Bins for Milwaukee bit holders, but they also work in the original Milwaukee bit cases.

I haven't enabled customizer yet because I adapted the openSCAD file from the Bit Holders for Milwaukee Slim Packout thing and I haven't fixed all the variables yet.

Micro bits are usually 4mm hex (approx 5/32"). Pictured are bits from a Kobalt set.
