SEAT Leon MKIII DSG Paddle Shifters Extension

Después de muchas horas de diseño, he decido compartir con la comunidad mi diseño de los extensores para las levas DSG del grupo VAG. Están probadas en SEAT LEON MKIII CUPRA.
La distancia entra las manos están corregidas para que no sea molesto durante la conducción.
Esta separado en dos piezas para que le impresión quede mejor. Luego hay que unir utilizando 2 tornillos avellanados de 3x6. La unión a la leva original se hace con pegamento 3M de doble cara.

Preferencia de impresión:
Relleno: minimo 30%
Altura de capa: 0.2 - 0.1
Soportes: Sí (solo en la pieza de unión entre la leva original y el extensor).
*Las piezas ya estan colocadas para imprimir directamente. Recomiendo usar techo de soporte.

Postprocesado:
Yo he utilizado resina epoxy autonivelante especial para impresiones 3D y después de lijar y pintar el resultado es satisfactorio.

Printing preference:
Fill: minimum 30%.
Layer height: 0.2 - 0.1
Supports: Yes (only in the piece of union between the original paddle and the extender).
*The pieces are already placed to print directly. I recommend using a roof support.

Postprocessing:
I have used special self-levelling epoxy resin for 3D impressions and after sanding and painting the result is satisfactory.
