Description
No Idea cg Tech designed the first one. I just redesigned it to better secure it to the motor, mine kept vibrating loose.
Mount for small fan to air cool the extruder motor when printing PLA.
Arrows need to point to the back. you wiggle the part on from the Y plane don't try inserting from the Z plane or you will break the part.
Stretch the sides slightly when pushing the front on top of the extruder motor to finish installing.
You should hear a click once the part is in place. The triangles on the bottom should now be fitted in the motors fillet section securing it in place.
screw holes take 3mm but are self tap. you can get by with just two screws.
No supports needed.
best to print in PETG 0.2 mm height.
