Description

This is a fan duct replacement for the Bear Extruder 0.7.0-beta MK2.5S MK3S
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3716110

With blower fans (in this case the part cooling fan), the majority of the air flow goes to the left side (looking at the printer from the front). This is an attempt to even out the air flow for left, right, and middle through the air duct.

In the images, from left to right:
First I printed the white one in PETG just for testing. The bridging came out fairly good.
I then installed it in my printer and used it to print another in ABS. The bridging came out much better than the one printed in PETG.
After removing the one printed in PETG you can see there is some warping, which is to be expected. This is why you should always print your air duct in ABS or ASA, which have higher melting temperatures. I only printed it in PETG for testing purposes.

Do not use supports when printing this. It doesn't need them and you won't be able to remove them. Just make sure your bridging fan speed is set properly.
