heatbed Display

Hallo Leute,

bei meinen ganzen Umbauarbeiten habe ich dem Heatbed auch eine Dämmung verpasst.
Leider konnte man die LED die zum anzeigen, ob das Headbed mit Strom versorgt wird nicht mehr sehen.
Deshalb mal schnell was konstruiert. :-))

Herausgekommen ist eine Anzeige die einfach auf die Grundplatte gesteckt wird.
Eine einfache LED war mir aber zu simpel.

Die Anzeige besteht aus 3 Teilen.

1. Das Inlay
   gedruckt aus einem transparenten Material. ich hatte nur PTEG geht aber auch sicher
   mit PLA. Farbe wie Ihr es euch gefaellt.

2. Das Gehaeuse
   Gedruckt mit PLA

3. Die Rueckwand
   Gedruckt mit PLA

Zuerst bitte das Inlay drucken und nach dem abkuehlen von der Druckplatte entfernen.
Danach Rueckwand und Gehaeuse drucken.

Wenn das ebenfalls abgekuehlt ist,

DAS GEAEUSE NICHT VON DER DRUCKPLATTE ENTFERNEN !

Erst das Inlay mit Sekundenkleber einkleben und darauf achten das man die Innenteile
von e, a, p mit dem Inlay verbunden hat.
danach alles von der Druckplatte entfernen.

Die Rueckwand hat 2 kleine Loecher fuer die Kabel.
Auf die Rueckwand habe ich 3 12V LED's geklebt.

Die beiden Kabel für die LED's dann mit den Anschluessen vom Heatbed verloeten.

First paste the inlay with superglue and pay attention to the internal parts
of e, a, p connected to the inlay.
then remove everything from the pressure plate.

The back wall has 2 small holes for the cables.
On the back wall I glued 3 12V LED's.

The two cables for the LED's are then lost to the connections from the heatbed.
