Description
For a larger project I got myself an 8kg PLA spool.
Turns out that this is a bit too much for the standard TUSHs around.
So, I made a heavy duty version for people who like it bigger.
The length has been increased, so has the width for the thicker shell of my spool.
It still fits Ø200mm Standard 1kg spools but will also hold bigger ones, like:
weight / width / outer Diameter
1000g / 75 mm / 200 mm
2300g / 103 mm / 300 mm
4000g / 110 mm / 350 mm
8000g / 182 mm / 355 mm
Also added M3 bolts just to be safe that the weight does not push the halves apart.
What do you need?
4x 608 low friction bearings
4x M3x30 bolts
4x M30 Nuts
It will still work with the stabilizers from cdeerinck (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2451368)
