Smart Effector Fan Assembly

Hotend fan and part cooling fan mounts for the duet3d smart effector.

My design goals were: minimal footprint, easy to print and assemble, clean look, as light as possible, high airflow, "quickswap" of the part cooling fans and so on...
I'm quite pleased with the results.

For now, i have only renderings, but all parts have been testfittet to the smart effector and are currently under testing.

Volcano version will only differ in the ducts, the rest of the parts are the same

For my current setup, there are six small, custom machined brass parts required to achieve the quickswap design for the part cooling fans, but i will upload STLs for the non-quickswap mounts.

What you need:

• Smart effector
• e3d assembly
• Magball studs
• 4010 axial fan
• 2* 4010 radial blower fans
• 6* M3 nuts
• 4* M3x15 for the hotend fan
• 8* M2x5 for the blower fans
• 6* of the aforementioned brass parts

Print the part-cooling-mounts-NO-BRASS 2 times
Print the e3d-ducts once and one more mirrored
