Description
I needed a pair of 3S 18650 clips to hold the cells in the right alignment for spot welding, wiring, and shrink wrapping into a pack. They sell some interlocking individual ones online, but they look rather large, and besides, we have 3D printers! Surprisingly, nobody seems to have done this already.
Love the OpenSCAD for this design, so I hacked it to be open ended and changed the code so that the bottom support between cells was a bit taller, and the grip and shell are thin but still strong.
So, attached is the 3S STL file, and the modified .scad file, but note it's the entire original file, edited to produce this STL--the edits are in the general code, but I have no idea what will happen if you try to generate anything other than the 18650.
