Description
I was unable to open the original .obj file with my preferred slicer - PrusaSlicer 2.1.0. I ran the model through Microsoft's online mesh repair tool 3D Tool, and the resulting .3mf file opened successfully, sliced successfully, and I'm printing it now. I will upload pictures of the result afterwards.
I also was able to convert the .obj file to .stl using Blender, and this also opened successfully with PrusaSlicer. I may attempt to print that version as well.
EDIT - thanks to me being a noob at Blender, the .stl file had a cube stuck to the bottom of the base. XD I removed that and reuploaded the .stl file. Sorry about that.
