Description
Loved the work done by Geeves for a laser cutter. Sweet job!
I adapted the .DXF into extrusions at varying heights and fit the pieces together so that you can either print as one full badge (with filament changes for the different colors) or in three separate pieces.
.STL unit is inches. If parts come in small, scale by 2540.
Badge prints 4" tall x 3-3/8" wide.
Reference the images for the layer breakdown of color. At 0.1mm layer height I found it took about 5 layers to adaquately block the previous color (in non opaque filaments)
