Summary

This is a quick and easy print for a last second halloween costume (prints in 1 to 2 hours). Simply print the part flat and then thermo-form to fit your face. Thermo-form by immersing the print in hot water and molding it to fit your face.

Utilize the included holes for an elastic strap.

Mask was designed to have a 40mm space between inner corners of the eyes. Mask is 232mm wide, which fit on my 200x200 bed diagonally.

I have included the OpenSCAD (used version 2019.05) source code as well as the SVG sketches used to develop the shape.
