Quick video to show the printing/cleaning/checking and final settings.
I designed these 3D printed hinges for an Ultimaker 2 door.
No need of a set of bolt/screw to hold the moving part together! One printing and you have a functional piece !!
You will find the hinges:
1_LongHinge: for top and middle hinges
2_Oh-face_Hinge: less material and an Oh face on it ^^
3_BottomHinge: for the bottom hinge
Depending to the piece of plate you will put behind the hinge, you might need those spacers
4_SmallSpacerKit: 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5mm kit for 3_BottomHinge
5_SpacerKit: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5mm kit for 1_LongHinge and 2_Oh-face_Hinge
The plastic plate I used measured 30x30cm, 4mm thickness
Every holes have a 4mm diameter (spacers holes are 4.2mm)
I had to replace the 3 screws of the UM2 by new one (longer).
