Mach1 BT55 Saberhawk payload and fin jig

Additional and replacement parts for the Mach1 Rocketry BT55 Saberhawk fiberglass model rocket kit. The files include a BT55 3 fin jig specifically designed for the Saberhawkt and a payload bay designed for custom PCBs but can also hold a Jolly Logic Altimeter Three.

The fin jig could work for other BT55 body tubes, but check the height of the standoff relative to the fins and the spacing for the thickness of the fins. The payload bay is designed to slide into the shoulder of the nose cone. Epoxy the payload bay into the nose cone shoulder and then drill vent holes. The payload bay extends the shoulder of the nose cone. The tie-off point threads into the bottom of the payload bay. The Fusion 360 design files are included if you need to make changes and have many of the key values set as parameters.
